The Chicago Bar Association has created a group term life insurance policy available to all Members and their families. The group has been created through Voya Financial. Available policy types: Guaranteed Annual Term and 10 or 20 Year Level Term.

Guaranteed Annual Term

• Minimal underwriting requirements
• Up to $1,000,000 of coverage available to Members and their spouses
• Premium rate increases moderately every five years
• Coverage reduces to the lesser of $50,000 or half of the current coverage the payment period after attaining age 70
• Coverage terminates on the January 1 following the attainment of age 75

10 or 20-Year Level Term

• Minimal underwriting requirements
• Up to $1,000,000 of coverage available to Members and their spouses
• Premium rates remain level for your choice of 10 or 20 years
